Mr Illarionov, who is editor of the paper in question, currently is one of the strongest critics of Putin's regime. Also oil and gas "olygarkhs" are one of the targets of his critique due to the fact that they are certainly not an attribute of free-market system and IEA supports, and a hurdle for reforms IEA insists.

Also, the paper itself does not require specific knowledge of climate science - rather skills in statistics and data audit, those are quite not rocket science. It states clear the facts that big chunk of data readily available was not included and draws some examples (including distortion of official Russian data that is accessible w/o any FOI requests).

If we note this, what will left of your article and its arguments?

Conclusion: if this is what you call journalism, you should at least revisit you uni. At best, you should "critically look at yourself at the mirror" (c)</description>
